The following list is comprised of sponsored research programs operated under the IES directly or under its organizational units. Since 1995, the IES and Centers have received over 30 million dollars in funding from a number of sources. Activities for this funding have included (1) providing national and regional technical assistance, (2) operating national clearinghouses; (3) organizing meetings; (4) conducting diverse studies; (5) producing and disseminating monographs and newsletters; (6) creating and maintaining websites; presenting at national conferences; (7) evaluating programs; and, (8) conducting quantitative research.
